However, the truth is, that noone ever actually voted on these doctors nor is there any true objective measurements taking place. Basically, this is a paid method of marketing and of course, only the clinics who can afford this actually participate. So....the next time you read an ad about the "Top", make sure that you know this is a form of paid advertising. The best way to really know about a specific business is to look at true testimonials and on-line reviews.
