What causes subluxation

Subluxations are caused by external invasive forces, which can be physical, chemical, and/or emotional in nature.  For example, missing the last step going down a flight of stairs is not the greatest of physical traumas to the spine.  However, on a particular day, the drop of about eight inches and the jolt of hitting bottom, together with a muscular system laden with chemicals, which has not had enough rest to eliminate toxic wastes, in an individual who is emotionally distraught, could be a sufficient magnitude to cause vertebral subluxation.  The majority of subluxations probably occur as a result of a combination of the a above three causes of external invasive force.  We guarantee same-day appointments during normal business hours.  North Seattle (206-440-7700).
